At LUNARO™, every product is carefully inspected and quality-checked before shipment to ensure you receive the best possible experience.

Because our products are considered personal-use comfort items, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards for all returns and exchanges.

30-Day Satisfaction Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the original order.

To qualify for review:

  • The item must remain unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All accessories and included components must be returned
  • Proof of purchase and clear photo/video evidence are required
  • Requests must be submitted before the 30-day period expires

Return Review Process

All return requests are individually reviewed by our support team to ensure compliance with our product safety and hygiene standards.

For health and hygiene reasons, products that show signs of use, wear, washing, odor, damage, or modification are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Personal comfort preference after use
  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
  • Delays caused by customs or carriers
  • Minor color or appearance differences due to lighting or screen settings
  • Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
  • Normal wear and tear

Approved Returns

If a return is approved, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once the returned item passes inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In certain cases, LUNARO™ may offer store credit or a replacement product as an alternative resolution.
